CBSE Class 10 Result 2016 Released for Private Candidates


CBSE Class 10 results 2016 for private candidates have been declared recently. CBSE is hosting its result on net with the technical support of National Informatics Centre, Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India. The results are now available on the official site at:

Jawahar Navodyaya Vidyalaya has scored a pass percentage of 98.87 per cent followed by Kendriya Vidyalaya which has a pass percentage of 98.85 per cent. Private schools have a pass percent of 97.72 and government schools have a pass percentage of 86.61 per cent. The procedure to calculate your CGPA from your 10th score is as follows: If Your CGPA is 8.8 you can multiply with 9.5 i.e your percentage is 83.6%. For analysis purpose to attain your Percentage in each subject you can multiply every grade by 9.5

Coming to exams, every year we hear hundreds of people losing their precious life upon fearing the outcome of their exam results. While, exam results may put enormous pressure on the youngsters of this generation it is also important to support and motivate them at desperate times. Finally as Maya Angelou rightly said, “While one may encounter many defeats, one must not be defeated”, we shall not be defeated from our heart whatever challenge life poses on us…

Steps to check your CBSE Class 10 Results 2016:
    1.   Follow the below link:
    2.   Enter your Roll Number in the first text box
    3.   Select your Date of Birth using Date Picker icon to the right of the second text box or type date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format
    4.   Click on “Submit” button to view your result
    5.   Press “CTRL+P” to print your result for future reference
    6.   Click on “Reset” button to clear the input data
