Earlier the JAC board has conducted the state’s 10th
class exams successfully from 16th February 2016 to 1st March 2016, after which
the board usually takes around two months to prepare the results. Hence the
students were patiently waiting for the upcoming results and hoping for the
best. The Jharkhand Board known as the Jharkhand Academic Council was set up in
November 2000 to hold and conduct examinations for secondary and higher
secondary classes every year and also to carrying out duties as assigned to the
board by the State Government from time to time.
In the words of George E. Woodberry,
“Defeat is not the worst
of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure.”
Never stop just because you feel defeated. The
journey to the other side is attainable only after great suffering.
Coming to exams, every year we hear hundreds of people losing their precious
life upon fearing the outcome of their exam results. Recently Tamil Actor Suriya
also quoted it in a public gathering and spoke about the purpose and value of
one’s life. While, exam results may put enormous pressure on the youngsters of
this generation it is also important to support and motivate them at desperate
times. Finally as Maya Angelou rightly
said, “While one may encounter many defeats, one must not be defeated”, we
shall not be defeated from our heart whatever challenge life poses on us…
