TamilNadu SSLC Result Dates confirmed

Officially sources from the educational department have confirmed that TamilNadu 10th Class Results will be announced on May 25th 2016 at about 10:30 am. Previously it was believed that results will be out in some time between May 20th to May 31st, but now at last the wait is over and the result dates are confirmed.

Tamil Nadu Directorate of government examinations conducted the class 10th public examinations in March 2016. More than 10 lakh high school students appeared in this exam for which the results will be published in May month of this year.This year lakhs of students have appeared in the board exam of the state of Tamilnadu. The Board will announce TN SSLC Exam 2016 results on official website in the month of May, 2016. Previous year the results were announced on May 21st 2015. Results of SSLC Exams April 2016 can be accessed by entering one’s registration number and date of birth once the results are out. 

The Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education was established in 1910 under the name of Department of Education, Government of Tamilnadu,  India. The Tamilnadu Board evaluates student’s academic progress by conducting two board examinations - one at the end of class 10th and other at the end of class 12th. This year, approximately 12 lakh students had appeared in the exam. Usually the board conducts 10th class examination in the month of April every year.

The original mark sheet of TN SSLC Exam 2016 will be sent to every affiliated school of the board. Once sent, students can obtain their mark sheet and other important documents from their school’s office.
